After the payment is clear. Item will be ship in 1 to 3 OPEN business days (NO SHIPPING ON THE WEEK-END) since we need to go to drop them in the Post Office.

Once we ship the item in 1 to 3 business days, We DO NOT have ANY control of the delivery time by USPS Post Office or due to bad weather. We do not guarantee the delivery time.

10) What to do if my item is not arrive after 10 business days?
If your item do not arrive after 10 business days (Monday to Friday), please contact us with the tracking number. Business day are considerate Monday to Friday exclude holiday.

11) What are your return policy?
We have a 30 days policy return, money back guarantee. BUYER must PAY the shipping return with delivery confirmation. Item(s) must be return in the same original condition that it was send. Please email us before doing any return at drugstorela@gmail.com.
